A Pegasus Soars Over a Castle – Magic Ready to Be Colored
Your child can really dive in here: the flowing mane of the Pegasus, the strong wings with their many feathers, the windows and towers of the castle – every detail is just waiting to be filled with color. Tip: Conjure Up Some Gold and Silver
For an especially magical effect, it's worth using light-colored pencils in white or light blue for the wings and adding golden or silver accents if you have such pencils at home. The castle can be kept in warm stone colors like beige or gray, while the flags on the towers add a lovely contrast in bold red or blue. If you like, you can invent a little story along the way: where might the Pegasus be flying to? Is it visiting a princess, or looking for a place to land?
